This BikeOrBar class is done in our 8 silks and beginners are welcome!
NOTE – this is NOT a YOGA class although we do incorporate some elements of yoga at the beginning and end of each FLY class.
You will safely ‘decompress’ which includes zero-compression inversions, aka going upside down.
You ‘invert’ only IF you are comfortable doing so and you can choose to sit out during any inversions.
We invert 2-3 times per class for 1-3 minutes total depending on the class &/or instructor. This class is designed safely to get you flipping, inverting and flying!
